From Selling at 12 to Building
a Business Intelligence System
Victoria E Armstrong started selling at the age of 12. Not a lemonade stand. Real selling, the kind where you understand people, spot what they want, and find a way to deliver it. That instinct never left her.
Over the next two decades, she built a commercial career spanning IT, consultancy, web development, social media strategy, digital marketing, e-learning, business education and coaching. She became someone organisations trusted to design their digital strategy, train their teams, and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, including her work with Young Enterprise in Northern Ireland, where she put the principles of real business into the hands of young people who had never been given the tools to think commercially.
She earned a BA Hons in Business Studies with a 2:1 from Ulster University, studied International Business at Montana State University as part of the same degree programme, and deepened her entrepreneurial thinking through Entrepreneurship and Innovation studies at Babson College in Boston, one of the world's foremost institutions for founder education.
Alongside her business career she spent seven years performing stand-up comedy, character work, improv, MC work, festivals and corporate events, sharing stages with respected names including Jimmy Cricket and Kevin McAleer. It sounds like a departure. It was not. Comedy taught her how to read a room, how to hold attention, how to communicate complex ideas simply, and how to perform under pressure. These are not soft skills. They are elite commercial skills.
"I built a portfolio of eight properties and a net worth that most people spend their whole career chasing. Then I lost half of it. What I discovered in the rebuilding is that real intelligence, the kind that actually creates wealth, was never about the properties. It was already inside me."
Victoria built a property portfolio of eight rental properties and a net worth of approximately £750,000. She lost half of it through divorce. What came next was not a retreat. It was a recalibration, a decision to rebuild wealth on her own terms, from her own expertise, in a way that travels with her.
She relocated to Spain. She wrote Awaken Your Dragon, Transforming Your Life With Inner Intelligence. She launched The Inner Mind Code Podcast with co-host Stuart Cheung. She then built Victory Intelligence Coaching, a methodology that bridges the inner world of mindset, emotional intelligence and personal transformation with the outer world of commercial strategy, digital systems and scalable income.
This is not a coaching brand built in a weekend. It is twenty years of hard-won commercial experience, three world-class business educations, a published book, a growing podcast, and the lived understanding of what it actually takes to build, lose and rebuild, distilled into a system that helps experts, founders and business leaders do it faster, smarter, and with far less unnecessary pain.
